After some users complained about the GPS issue on the new Transformer Prime, Asus listens to their valued customers’ voices and is starting to give out FREE GPS Extension Kit in Malaysia! It’s a definitely a right move for Asus by admitting their mistake instead of  just providing update fixes that barely fixes any thing. However, please take note that a small amount of users still experience the GPS issue on their Transformer Prime after installing the extension kit.

Doesn’t know why is this a big deal? Well, let’s put things into comparison. Unlike some company *cough*Apple*cough* who blames their  users for the poor reception on their device; Asus actually acknowledges the importance of their customer as the key of success. That is why they go the distance of providing free kits. They’ve even  revised their design on their new Transformer 300 that was just released in US to prevent the same issue to happen again. Apple fans or not, this is a gesture that we should learn to appreciate and to expect, from gadgets giants in the future.

Remember this? ^^

So, if you are a Transformer Prime user, i strongly suggested you go to the link below to redeem your GPS toggle for free. No words yet if the extensions kit are made limited or not, so let’s do that as soon as possible.

Well, wish all Transformer Prime-r gets they fixes and until then, have a great day! =)

Lenovo has quietly released a video on Youtube about their new soon-to-be-released tablet. From what we can see in this video, this Android 4.0 tablet has an 8.9mm thick gunmetal unibody, quad speaker for extra bass, microSD slot, micro-HDMI, IPS display (for viewing at all angles) and 10 hours of battery life! It doesn’t seem equipped with a rear (yes, you read right) camera but included a 1.3 megapixel FRONT camera.

The price and the launching time of this tablet has not been announced yet. We predict this device will be launched at second quarter of the year but until then, do check out the video below.

Asus Malaysia Facebook has just annouced that they will release the much anticipated tablet – Pad Memo to Malaysia market.  Pad Memo is a 7-inch tablet that calls. To prevent you from looking ridiculous while picking up calls with a device bigger than your face, Asus provides an optional bluetooth handset. You can make calls , text and even listen music with it!

Pad Memo will also included a stylus. You can use it to take note, draw/ doodle and for “Draw Something” fan who has thick fingers, rejoice!

The price of the device is RM 1599 . Below is the Pad Memo specifications for your info.

If Asus Transformer is 3.1-inches more than your liking, then this is the one to look out for. Do keep an eye on the Samsung Tab 7.7 too, if you’re looking for something within the same league.

Stay tuned for more updates coming your way. Cheers!
